Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for processing your return.
Pack Your Product
Securely pack your Blendtec machine and all included accessories in the original manufacturer's packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Blendtec
Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at your preferred carrier.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
